Items may be returned within 10 days after product delivery for a full refund excluding the shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in new condition with all tags attached. Returns must include all original packaging materials or a charge of $5 will be applied.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out the return form that was included with the shipment and send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. In order to make an exchange of your purchased items for a different size or style, make a new order purchasing the items you desire. You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. Exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the customer, unless there was a mistake on the order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item and size.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
